The Landmark Hotel Baku The Landmark is a mixed-use complex located in the centre of Baku, a few blocks from the Caspian Sea. It is the office location of choice for the international business and diplomatic community operating in Azerbaijan. The Landmark Hotel, which occupies the top part of the Landmark III Building, is a highly individualized five-star boutique hotel offering 83 guest rooms and 24 suites: average room and suite sizes are 43 and 92 square meters respectively. Six suites are apartment-style designed for long staying guests and feature a separate guest toilet. All guests receive upon arrival a welcome drink and a bowl of fresh fruit in their rooms. Landmark guests also benefit from the hotel’s flexible check-in and check-out times policy. The Landmark Health Club is located on the ninth and tenth floors and encompasses 2,500 square meters of space and includes a south facing terrace for sunbathing. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide views of Baku from the large swimming pool and exercise areas equipped by Technogym, Maxicam and LeMond. A sauna, steam room and three treatment rooms are available. Fitness, yoga and dance classes are provided. The Health Club will soon have a state-of-the art golf simulator. Hotel guests have complimentary access to the Health Club. Cocktails and finger food can be enjoyed at the Sky Bar & Lounge till late at night. The Caspian Grill, Lounge & Terrance is open for all-day dinning and when the weather is pleasant meals are also served on its terrace. A complimentary lavish buffet breakfast is served in this restaurant from 7 am to 10 am. Asian dishes can be enjoyed at 21. A light buffer lunch is served in the Snack & Salad Bar on the 9th floor. Azeri and Turkish kebabs and a large variety of beers can be found at the Rotunda Restaurant & Roof Garden. There are six conference and meeting rooms all equipped with the latest conferencing equipment. The Landmark Hotel is licensed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and has been awarded 5 Stars.
